As per the Arms Act, 1959, and the Arms Rules, 2016, the licensed dealers are allowed to conduct the manufacture, trade, sale, storage, and distribution of arms and ammunition. The application for a license for a dealer will be processed after meeting the eligibility criteria, validations, and the proper procedures that are laid down under the Arms Rules, 2016.
